    CEO, Five Star Bartender

    Leslie started her career bartending over 20 years ago with fine dining in Las Vegas. Leslie moved to Tennessee in 2010 where she spent three years bartending at The Melting Pot before she switched locations to bartend at Chattanooga Billiards Club-Cleveland. Leslie then opened Longhorn Steakhouse- Cleveland and worked nights every weekend for over six years. Leslie is fast and professional with extensive restaurant and customer service skills. When she is not being a mom to two beautiful girls, she works for Cigna as an Executive Admin. Assistant. Leslie is a fitness junkie and is training for her first ironman! You can catch her teaching group fitness 6AM throughout the week.

  • Margo Waring

    Five Star Bartender

    Margo Waring has been in the bar industry for over 20 years. Starting her bartending and cocktail career in fine dining Las Vegas, she currently runs the bar at The Chattanooga Airport (six years ongoing). When she is not mixing drinks, she is selling homes as a real estate agent for Keller Williams Chattanooga. In the past, Margo has bartended at Outback and Longhorn in Cleveland. She is well known by her local regulars and her extensive bar skills are hard to beat!
